He and his team took care of every detail and his communication was brilliant. He considered all options of how to install the boiler due living in a second floor flat and settled on the best option. When due to the weather the cherry picker had to be delayed he worked quickly to make sure we rescheduled ASAP. “We have used Tom a number of times since moving into our house three years ago. Tom replaced our boiler when the old one was found the be faulty during a boiler service carried out by another plumber. We were given options in terms of what we could have put in, and advice was given. The boiler has been in for a couple of years now, giving us no issues and Tom has carried out the boiler services on it annually since it was out in. The boiler install was quick and easy with the work completed whilst we were out at work. All paperwork (has safety etc) was taken care of by Tom. We recently had a leak through the ceiling caused by a cracker hot water cylinder. Tom replaced the cylinder for us at short notice meaning that we were able to have hot water again. Work was again able to be carried out whilst we were at work, minimising disruption. The work area was left clean and tidy. Tom has also fitted a new larger radiator for us, balancing the system to ensure all radiators continued to work effectively. We will continue to use TDP Plumbing and would recommend them to anybody. Work is always completed when they say it will be, quotes are given beforehand and have never increased from the original quote. The staff and friendly and actively work to minimise disruption to the customer.”

“Tom replaced an old Baxi back boiler with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler which involved relocating it to the airing cupboard. I was pleased that the work was completed in 2.5 days. Tom was very professional at all times and went the extra mile answering questions. I particular liked the App based admin system for the quote/invoice/payment. All in all l’m very satisfied with the work done.”

“Really couldn’t recommend TDP higher Thom came recommended by a friend who had used Thom previously and was very pleased with the work. We were slightly out of the way in North Oxfordshire, Thom entertained our enquiry never the less and installed an excellent new Worcester combi boiler to replace our previous system setup and installed a new Hive smart thermostat along with that so we can now control our heating before we are even home!! The install was excellent and trouble free. Thom was very knowledgable and knew exactly what existing boiler we had with just a phone call, he must have been in the industry for many years and it was apparent. “During recent very cold weather my mother’s heating failed. My mother is bed ridden and severely disabled from a stroke. I must have tried 5 different heating companies to be informed there was no chance of them attending. Tom, once hearing on my mother plight dropped everything at 16.30 to attend to get her heating back on safely but temporarily until we could renew the boiler during warmer weather. He didn’t leave that night until very late testing and ensuring everything was correct, he is very safe, tidy and thorough in his work. My mother will now not have anyone else in the house to renew her boiler and has said yes to Tom’s quote. Well done lad she is a very hard to please lady!!”
